Racine Bakery was established in April 2012 as a small organic bread operation. Shaun, the founder, began by baking bread overnight to serve a few local businesses and the restaurant he owned at the time. Today, Racine Bakery has its own storefront in town. All of their delightful pastries, cakes, biscuits, sandwiches and salads are handmade on-site using only the finest ingredients. Racine’s menu features organic sourdough and regular bread, as well as their signature butter pastry pies and sausage rolls made with the best quality meat. To top it all off, they also serve excellent coffee!
