Macquariedale Organic Wines is passionate about crafting organic, biodynamic, low preservative, vegan-friendly, and natural wines. In 2020, Macquariedale Organic Wines relocated from the Hunter Valley to Orange, NSW and established stage 1 of their vineyards at 1,100m above sea level, making it one of the highest vineyards in the country. Tonic

Established in 2003 by owners Tony and Nicole Worland, Tonic restaurant is located in the centre of the village of Millthorpe in Central Western NSW. The menu has a seasonal focus and showcases the best from local producers such as Mandagery Creek Venison and Cowra Lamb. Over the last eleven years the restaurant has regularly been awarded a chef’s hat by the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide. Only twenty minutes from the foodie mecca of Orange and three hours west of Sydney, Millthorpe is ideally located for a weekend away to enjoy the regions vineyards and fine local produce.

Charred

Charred and charming. If you’re looking for a stellar dining experience out of the Sydney metropolis, then journey to Orange and grab a table at Charred Kitchen & Bar. This sensational venue has become a dining destination for foodies (local and out of towners alike). The menu has been inspired by various international cuisines and is designed to be shared. The focus is on using produce from the region and taking natural flavours to the next level with ‘Lucifer’ – a newly commissioned wood and charcoal oven that imparts a unique flavour. De Salis Wines
