  • 5 star ratingSuperb hotel I really cannot fault this hotel.

Fantastic location on beautiful Byng St, a short walk to Orange's wonderful restaurants, shops and pubs. A beautiful, historic building with spacious and comfortable rooms. And friendly, helpful staff.

    We particularly liked:
    - the very comfortable beds - we slept so soundly!
    - the fabulous complimentary breakfasts
    - the cheese plates and other light meals that can be ordered in the evening with an excellent bottle of local wine if you don't feel like going out.

We were already planning our next visit as we pulled out of the car park on our way home. More

5 star ratingA Must Stay in Orange It was like coming home to a beautiful family home, with friends and relatives that value us and appreciate who we are. We came back to the Byng Street Boutique Hotel, having last stayed there as a family just before Christmas last year. Tom and Kristen made us feel so welcome, as did their amazing team. After such a tumultuous year, our stay was a welcome relief for a very important catch up with my wife’s aging father. Last year we stayed in the Heritage wing in two beautiful suites that are the bench mark for luxury anywhere in the state. This time round, we were in a superbly appointed modern wing suite that had everything we could possibly need, and more. Absolutely beautiful, comfortable and a real privilege to be able to stay once again at our “home away from home” in the thriving regional centre of Orange.

We can’t thank Tom and Kristen enough for our experience, and their wonderful staff who just made the stay perfect. Wonderful room, superb breakfast and just another wonderful experience.

We are excited about coming back to Orange to celebrate my wife’s fathers 90th birthday, which will be a wonderful celebration made so much more special as we can hopefully stay in Byng St.

Thank you again, and make sure you treat yourself to a special experience next time you head out to Orange!! More

  • 5 star ratingA few days out West With my wife and her friend, who were both born and bred in Orange we decided to spend a short getaway in this great city. We had to wait for a few weeks as this hotel is very popular and is nearly alway booked out. Our stay was well worth waiting for. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast were a great way to start the day... you MUST have the home made Granola. Even though there isn't a 'restaurant' facility, light meals can be ordered for an evening meal. A bonus is the side gate of the hotel that leads directly into the Ferment Wine Store, where tasting are held on a daily basis... but more of that at another time! The owners of the hotel - Kristen and Tom, were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Special mention to some of their customer facing team - Emma, Rebecca and Tina who also made our stay memorable. Cant wait for a return trip in 2021. More

5 star ratingSuperb luxury accommodation in Orange The Cicada symphony is not the only buzz emanating from leafy Byng St in Orange - and for good reason.
Because if you still haven’t heard about the majestic Byng Street Boutique Hotel, you soon will.
Proprietors Kristen and Thomas Nock have delivered a jewel for the Central-West with this superb designer hotel built partly inside Yallungah, one of many stately homesteads one street back from the main street of Orange.
Luxurious rooms, a superb breakfast and generous touches of hospitality class (teas delivered to your room at night, beds turned down) make a stay at Byng St Boutique Hotel a genuine pleasure.
We absolutely loved staying here, in the midst of Orange’s wonderful food & wine precinct.
Make sure you pack the runners as a morning walk to nearby Cook Park is a must!
The Byng Street Boutique Hotel is off the top shelf. Superb.

5 star ratingA lovely Boutique hotel We stayed in Room no 1 for 2 nights. Our room was very
spacious, comfortable, clean & very quiet. They also provide safe box, complimentary water & fruit juice. We also loved
their lounge & sitting room which were very well decorated.
The Boutique is very close to CBD & Orange botanical
garden. Breakfast was included, excellent food quality & very tasty. Free parking on site & excellent free wifi reception.
All staff are very friendly, special thanks to Tina, Tom & Kristen for their warm welcome.

  • 5 star ratingDelightful three nights Byng St deserves the excellent reviews that attracted us in the first place. Perfectly located, the front of the hotel is a glorious historic house. We stayed in the new wing in a beautifully designed suite. Breakfasts were delicious focussing on local providers and one evening we opted for a platter of local produce, dips and wine. Great staff, food and environment. We look forward to visiting again.

5 star ratingWonderful We were so lucky to have booked this wonderful hotel for a two night stay. There is nothing I could fault, the rooms were lovely, the lounges very inviting, breakfast were excellent and the front desk were so helpful. The only negative was that we couldn’t stay longer.

  • 5 star ratingOrange getaway. My partner and I stayed at this wonderful well located boutique hotel in beautiful Orange. Our 6 night stay was just what we needed. I the modern room we stayed in was spacious, well styled and very comfortable, perfect for a longer stay. The king size bed was supportive yet comfortable with quality bed linen. The bathroom was also spacious, well styled and practical. The hotel offers a friendly and professional service. It is beautifully styled with homewares, decor, paintings and common zones for hotel guests to relax and enjoy in. The mix of traditional and modern extensions are aesthetically pleasing. Each morning we were welcomed with a great start to our day with a delicious nd comprehensive breakfast. This hotel is a wonderful base to explore Orange and all it has to offer. It allowed us to enjoy the lovely local wine at various cellar doors and enjoy the many meals in Orange and surrounding villages. We will most definitely recommend staying at this well styled and luxurious hotel. Our experience here has left us with some wonderful memories. More
